Occupational Therapist Paediatric Community Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Paediatric Community Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and support to children and young people with a range of occupational performance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people's occupational performance needs
- Develop and implement individualised programmes of care to meet the needs of clients
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Lead in the creation and delivery of service workshops to families and professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
