Job Introduction

Gray Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a community-based therapist, you will work with individuals with complex needs, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to support their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical advice and guidance to support staff
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care plans and risk assessments
  • Coach and guide support staff to provide robust and evidence-based intervention
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, individuals, and their families
  • Promote Co-Production initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting people with complex needs (typically at least 6 months post-qualifying experience)
  • HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in supporting people with Mental Health issues, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Needs
  • Demonstratable understanding of Recovery Principles and evidence-based practice
  • Ability to work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
