About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Occupational Therapists and support workers across multiple wards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists and support workers to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients with complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide regular supervision and support to junior therapists and students.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical practice and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • HCPC registration and evidence of ongoing CPD.
  • Significant experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably at Band 6 or above.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of team/service development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
