About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at RecruitME. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer success team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of required works, meeting industry-set guidelines on response times and internal KPIs.
  • Source, interpret, and analyze departmental data from our CRM system to ensure effective performance of the customer success team.
  • Be proactive, present, and vocal within the office to drive and support the customer success team in a highly reactive environment.
  • Ensure key decisions are made quickly and effectively to deliver unrivaled customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership capability and a great team player with excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logical approach to work and a background of working within the fire and security industry would be an advantage.
  • Confidence in working with a variety of internal systems and willingness to learn new systems.
