About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our business, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a timely, professional, and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on business development and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
