About the Role

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Outcomes Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with consumer duty regulations across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Consumer Duty: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with consumer duty regulations, focusing on products and services, price and value, consumer understanding, and consumer support.
  • Chair the Customer Committee: Provide leadership and guidance to the committee, ensuring effective decision-making and collaboration.
  • Oversight and Governance: Ensure that consumer duty is integrated into our business operations, monitoring and reporting on progress.
Work Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days spent in our office and the remainder working from home. This flexible arrangement allows for a great work-life balance and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
