Your new position
We are looking for a Graduate IT Analyst who possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver prompt IT assistance while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve documenting and monitoring incidents through IT service management systems, adhering to service level agreements, and recognizing recurring problems for further analysis. Your duties will encompass (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering compassionate and confident IT support.
  • Documenting and monitoring incidents using IT service management systems.
  • Recognizing and escalating persistent issues.
  • Assembling and configuring computers for both new and existing personnel.

What you will require to excel

  • Willingness to travel on-site regularly.
  • Capability to assess problems, determine root causes, and formulate effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly to non-technical personnel.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to provide understanding and patient support to end users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
