Job Description:

Unilever is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving the success of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with line managers and employees to deliver a best-in-class employee experience, ensuring that all employees feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their careers.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on employee relations, including performance management, grievances, and absence management.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Take a proactive approach to employee relations, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing solutions to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and subject matter expertise on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations and case management, including knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with employees and line managers.
  • Ability to influence and make decisions independently, using discretion and judgment.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
