Job Description

We are partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to bring in a Senior Employee Relations Specialist for up to 6 months. This role is based in a dynamic environment with a mix of on-site and remote work.

This role requires a French speaker to provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR teams.
  • Provide insight and interpretation to managers and employees regarding relevant employment principles, complex employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations, and critical incident management.
  • Pro-actively assist in reviewing, revising, and/or recommending ER policies for the company.

Requirements:

  • Available to start quickly
  • Fluent in French
