We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at IBC Simply. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our major national accounts, maintaining and building strong relationships, and ensuring our best-in-class standard is met every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key national accounts.
- Identify opportunities and secure new business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and managing expectations across all aspects of the accounts.
- Grow our RTM channels in addition to continuous growth across accounts.
- Manage commercials, forecasting, contracts, and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Analyze accounts sales data and present on performance, opportunities, and risks.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing and the Managing Director to implement the sales strategy through key accounts.
- Strong account management experience in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
