Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Parenting Transaction Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing Corporate Parenting transactions, ensuring timely payments to Providers and Carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Corporate Parenting transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure timely payments to Providers and Carers
  • Set up and implement Provider and Carer bank and payment details on ERP and ContrOCC systems
  • Support Providers, Carers, and Corporate Parenting Managers with queries regarding invoices and non-invoice payments
  • Monitor budgets and complete regular integrity checks to ensure accurate payments and Commitment Record
  • Contribute to effective debt management processes and provide financial support to budget holders
Requirements
  • Experience with ContrOCC system
  • Knowledge of Corporate Parenting Processes
Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with one day spent in our Council office in Huntingdon and four days working from home.
