Job Summary

This role involves accurately processing Corporate Parenting transactions to ensure timely payments to Providers and Carers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and implementing Provider and Carer bank and payment details on ERP and ContrOCC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately load Corporate Parenting payments onto Commitment Records and associated systems.
  • Ensure Other Local Authority contributions are recorded correctly and invoices generated in a timely manner.
  • Record and maintain financial data in a consistent and accurate way across all systems.
  • Provide financial statistics to relevant managers as requested.
  • Ensure duties are undertaken with due regard to the Council's financial regulations and national charging guidance.
  • Resolve Provider/Carer queries and investigate issues related to Debt.
  • Assist with monitoring and management of budgets in accordance with County Council financial processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Must have ContrOCC system experience.
  • Must have Corporate Parenting Processes experience.
Working Arrangements

This role will involve a hybrid working arrangement, with one day spent in the Council office and four days working from home.
