ProTalent Limited is partnering with a top-tier accounting firm in Cambridge to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive for their Corporate Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of Corporate Finance engagements across Transaction Support and Lead Advisory.
  • Prepare Financial Due Diligence reports for corporate acquisitions, private equity investments, and bank pre-lending reviews.
  • Liaise with clients, funders, and intermediaries during transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as tax, throughout the transaction.
Lead Advisory:
  • Develop and present reports, including Information Memoranda and Business Plans.
  • Design and implement financial models for cash flow and financing.
  • Analyze M&A opportunities, identifying potential targets or buyers.
  • Support sales pitches and presentations for new business.
  • Liaise with clients, funders, and intermediaries during transaction execution.
  • Build relationships with local intermediaries, including banks and lawyers.
Requirements:
  • Audit background and experience in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance are desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and professionalism in a client-facing role, with good commercial awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity for auditors from large firms to transition into Corporate Finance as a Corporate Finance Executive.
