ProTalent Limited is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Executive to join their Strategic Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in company valuations, financial modeling, and due diligence. The role involves working with clients to deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, including M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate complex information to non-specialist audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team on a wide range of small to mid-market deals through the preparation of financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models.
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, including M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
- Analysis of financial statements, management information, and deal documentation.
- Review legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts.
- Assist clients with completion procedures, including cash and net debt analysis.
- ACA finalist/qualified or CFA qualification (minimum criteria).
- Some degree of corporate finance experience, including specific experience in undertaking company valuations using a range of methodologies (minimum criteria).
- Familiarity with corporate intelligence databases such as PitchBook, MarkToMarket, and Experian MarketIQ is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy and high quality of work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including an ability to communicate complex information to a non-specialist audience.
