Pro Talent is seeking a talented Corporate Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing powerful, insight-led strategies to ambitious organizations.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a well-established team, providing advisory services including financial modeling and due diligence, growth through M&A, business owner exit strategies, and company valuations. You will take ownership of a wide range of small to mid-market deals, preparing financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models.

Responsibilities
  • Support the team on a wide range of small to mid-market deals through the preparation of financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models.
  • Work with the team to deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements including via M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
  • Analysis of financial statements, management information, and deal documentation.
  • Reviewing legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts.
  • Assisting clients with completion procedures including cash and net debt analysis.
Requirements
  • ACA finalist/qualified or CFA qualification (minimum criteria).
  • Some degree of corporate finance experience including specific experience in undertaking company valuations using a range of methodologies (minimum criteria).
  • Familiarity with corporate intelligence databases such as PitchBook, MarkToMarket, and Experian MarketIQ desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and takes responsibility for the accuracy and high quality of work.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including an ability to communicate complex information to a non-specialist audience.
  • Strong analytical skills including an ability to identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies in data presented.
