ProTalent Limited is seeking a talented Corporate Finance Executive to join our Strategic Corporate Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality advisory services to ambitious organizations across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in preparing financial due diligence reports, information memoranda, and financial models for small to mid-market deals.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, including M&A, MBO, and EOT scenarios.
  • Analyze financial statements, management information, and deal documentation to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Review legal documents, such as sale and purchase agreements and completion accounts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist clients with completion procedures, including cash and net debt analysis.
Requirements:
  • ACA finalist/qualified or CFA qualification.
  • Experience in corporate finance, including company valuations using various methodologies.
  • Familiarity with corporate intelligence databases, such as PitchBook, MarkToMarket, and Experian MarketIQ.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to non-specialist audiences.
