Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formulation of our HR strategy, including the management and delivery of HR solutions to our partners.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing on specialized HR topics as requested by partners, establishing a network of HR subject matter experts across Vodafone Group and its operating companies.
  • Support the engagement strategy with the Partner Markets HR community.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as strategic assessments of organizational effectiveness, resource allocation, gender diversity, youth programs, and talent development opportunities.
  • Provide HR Business Partner support to the Partner Markets team on routine HR functions; performance development and annual review processes, employee engagement initiatives, detailed budgeting, and general HR inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain robust relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internally within the Partner Markets team, including all heads of function and region, as well as HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, and externally.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to innovate and think strategically.
  • Solid understanding of Vodafone Group or operating company projects and services.
  • Commercial management skills - numerate, analytical, and professional.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams, with an appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds.

Annual bonus: 10%
Leave entitlement: 28 days plus public holidays, with the option to buy, sell, or carry over 5 days per year.
Charity leave: 5 days per year.
Maternity leave: 52 weeks, of which 39 weeks are fully paid, plus 13 weeks at half pay, and 6 months working 4 days while receiving pay for 5.
Pension scheme: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic salary, with a 2:1 match from Vodafone up to 10%.
