Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound call activities to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly

  • Recognize and escalate process issues for resolution and improvement
  • Enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn rate by collaborating with other departments and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with accuracy and clarity, and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data analysis tools
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, with a focus on quality and results
  • Effective questioning and listening skills for issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Positive attitude with flexibility in work approach and a commitment to continuous learning
