Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn rate by collaborating with other departments and stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data analysis tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, with a focus on quality and results
- Effective questioning and listening skills for issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude with flexibility in work approach and a commitment to continuous learning
