Job Title: Training Consultant - Facilities Management ExpertWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on our FM software solutions, ensuring clients receive the best possible support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive training on all MRI's FM products, ensuring clients understand the full capabilities of our software.
- Provide exceptional client support during the training lifecycle, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Monitor, evaluate, and review the quality and effectiveness of all course material, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news, including new contracts and changes in the FM environment, to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our training programs.
- Proven experience as a training consultant in the FM software domain or solid experience as a software trainer.
- Strong functional acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undertake further learning to fulfill the requirements of the role.
