About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing global brand with a strong focus on personal and professional development. As our Training Consultant, you'll take responsibility for managing our passionate team of Platform Trainers in the EMEA region, contributing to your own growth as well as the growth of the team. You'll work closely with various departments to align training initiatives with company objectives and product updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the EMEA Training Consultancy (TCT) Team and members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Mentor and nurture talent within the team, helping them develop their skills and specialisms.
  • Collect, manage, and maintain team KPIs, providing regular reports to the EMEA Head of Consultancy.
  • Analyze data to suggest system, process, or resource changes and improvements to enhance team performance.
  • Develop and maintain platform-related Academy content, ensuring consistency with business objectives.
  • Curate and support the L&D team with platform-related materials for new starter onboarding.
  • Ensure consistency of training materials and content across the region and globally.
  • Manage training software packages to ensure smooth deployment, updates, and user support.
  • Provide support to other PS teams on complex client requirements and projects.
  • Work with the EMEA Head of Consultancy and Professional Services Managers to ensure Customer Success and Sales teams receive contextual enablement training.
  • Collaborate on special projects that leverage your expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, with expertise in designing and delivering high-quality training programs.
  • Excellent leadership and customer relationship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees, clients, and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Experience working in the marketing automation or digital marketing industry, with a deep understanding of client challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to work closely with various departments to align training initiatives with company objectives and product updates.
