Examiner - GCE A Level - Religious Studies Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Religious Studies Examiner to join our team at Pearson. As a Religious Studies Examiner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our GCE A Level Religious Studies exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Mark candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, while adhering to conditions of recognition and examination procedures.
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain overall standards.
- Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times and ensure all administration is completed as specified.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Qualified teaching experience, with a strong background in Religious Studies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of subject knowledge and expertise in Religious Studies.
Additional Information
- The marking period typically takes place between May and July.
- Training and support will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
