Job Title: Branch Administrator Part Time Flexible

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Administrator to support our team in a busy customer-facing environment. As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including uploading property details onto major property portals, dealing with customer enquiries, and maintaining office expenditure within budgeted levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Upload property details onto major property portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deal with customer enquiries, both in branch and over the phone, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office expenditure within budgeted levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
