Job Summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Will Writer to join their team on a part-time basis. As a key member of the private client tax team, you will have the autonomy to manage your own workload and provide high-quality, timely, and professional advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage your own workload, taking initial instructions from clients and preparing and advising on Wills of various complexities.
  • Drafting powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally written.
  • Providing high-quality, timely, and professional advice to clients, including corresponding with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
  • Attending clients in their own environments as required, promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company's computer system.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working within a legal or accountancy practice with experience in drafting Wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
  • Professional, proactive approach with strong client care skills and a sensitive, sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.
  • Confident IT skills, including experience with cloud software such as Xero/QuickBooks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Own transport is a must.
