We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments, viewings, and market appraisals, ensuring seamless diary management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and greeting clients, handling incoming calls, and registering applicants.
- Prepare and upload property details, descriptions, floorplans, and photos to online portals, ensuring professional presentation.
- Maintain the office's visual appeal by updating window displays and wall displays.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Prepare completion invoices and other documentation for solicitors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative background with experience in a sales-focused environment.
