Field Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Account Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net growth and increasing product penetration into our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure regular account reviews with customers every 3 months to discuss their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its benefits to customers.
- Work closely with our support and specialist teams to provide high-level service and recommendations to customers.
- Manage and resolve customer service issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling our products and services.
- Telecoms or similar industry experience.
- Experience in Account Management.
- Clear understanding of commercial business objectives across multiple verticals.
- Ability to articulate our core vision, competencies, and product portfolio.
- Strong sales process knowledge and ability to demonstrate it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to manage a base of existing customers with world-class account management.
