About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Manager to join our marketing team at VML Enterprise Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver email communications and landing pages to meet fast-moving deadlines.
  • Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices and data segmentation to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Work closely with the growth marketing manager and new business team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations for landing page optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with email marketing and customer journey mapping.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
