About the RoleAs a Residential Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and secure supervision of individuals in our care. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships, encouraging rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives, and contributing to the prevention and constructive management of challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities- Encourage positive behaviors and engage individuals in rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives
- Contribute to the prevention and constructive management of challenging behaviors
- Manage individuals' case work and exercise professional judgment in responding to their needs and challenges
- Complete all administration and communications relevant to the role, including processing, analyzing, and disseminating information
- Contribute to effective operational risk management and ensure the safe and secure supervision of individuals in our care
We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualities:

- Experience of providing support, advice, or guidance to others
- Experience of making a positive difference to the lives of others
- Experience of managing challenging circumstances or behaviors
- Ability to foster good relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of people

The selection process will consist of a series of assessments, including a Situational Judgement Test, Cognitive Ability Test, Group Exercise, Written Exercise, and Interview.
