About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Correctional Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and secure supervision of individuals in our care.

As a Residential Correctional Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging positive behaviors and promoting rehabilitation through a supportive and inclusive approach
  • Contributing to the prevention and management of challenging behaviors, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach
  • Managing individual case work and exercising professional judgment to respond to changing needs and challenges
  • Completing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records, in line with local and national requirements
  • Contributing to effective operational risk management and ensuring the safe and secure supervision of individuals in our care
