About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Correctional Officer. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage positive behaviors in individuals through supportive and inclusive approaches, promoting rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives.
  • Contribute to the prevention and management of challenging behaviors, demonstrating fairness and consistency in building positive relationships.
  • Manage individual case work, exercising professional judgment in responding to needs and challenges, and identifying changes in physical and mental health.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including processing and analyzing information, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with local and national requirements.
  • Contribute to effective operational risk management, ensuring the safe and secure supervision of those in our care, and meeting their needs and entitlements.
