Job Title: Area Sales and Education Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales and Education Manager to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of sales managers to consistently deliver brand expectations on sales and service, operations, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to define commercial strategies for each business location, set objectives, and deliver operational excellence through brand strategy.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales managers to empower them to run the business successfully, conduct performance reviews, and appraise based on performance goals and KPIs.
  • Deliver brand education through digital tools and resources to upskill sales teams, coach them on consumer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to improve performance.
  • Ensure sales teams maximize profitability through commercial stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment, taking appropriate action where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Inspirational leader with experience in leading and developing managers and teams.
  • Multi-site management experience in high-turnover retail and/or consumer service sectors is essential.
  • Strong people management experience, including training and coaching high-performing teams, with distance management being essential.
  • Ability to use technology to enhance communication and information cascade.
