Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development partner to join our team at Crone Corkill. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Financial Services sector and possess expertise in design, delivery, and competency frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure effective training delivery
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development within the Financial Services market
  • Strong understanding of design and delivery principles
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in line management and report management
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks and assessment tools
