The Recruitment Co. is looking for a talented Metal Fabrication Specialist to become a vital part of our workforce. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities including maintenance, fabrication of new structures, troubleshooting and repairs, installation of new systems, and administrative duties.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Welding Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in welding techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • Time Management: Capability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety protocols and their application in the workplace.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, along with Outlook for task and calendar management.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in a food production setting is advantageous.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety standards.
  • Certifications: Training towards or possession of CIEH Level 3 Awards in Food Safety is preferred.
