The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join their team. The role involves working on maintenance, new build fabrication, breakdown and repairs, new systems installation, and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have welding qualifications, effective communication skills, time management abilities, and knowledge of health and safety requirements. Experience in a food manufacturing environment and CIEH Level 3 Awards in Food Safety are preferred.

  • Competent at welding and metal fabrication
  • Effective Communication Skills between all levels within the organization
  • Time Management - ability to work to set deadlines and meet production targets
  • An understanding of health and safety protocols and implementation in the workplace.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and confident / competent to work as an individual.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Excel & Word proficient), Outlook Express (Task and Diary management)
  • Previously worked in a Food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
  • Training towards or achieved CIEH Level 3 Awards in Food Safety
