About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of foreign exchange and currency management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs, tailoring their experience to meet their requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, driving procedural, operational, and customer-focused excellence.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
Requirements
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers to handle large amounts of cash and currency.
  • IT proficiency, with a basic understanding of computer systems and in-house till systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A desire to succeed, with a drive to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional results.
