As a Field Research Specialist at Ipsos, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills such as resilience, effective communication, and negotiation.

Your primary responsibility will be to collect insightful data through direct interactions with the public. This role involves traveling to various locations to conduct in-person surveys on diverse and engaging subjects. Expect to cover distances of up to 30 miles and maintain a high level of physical activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit participants' residences to carry out in-person interviews, adhering to our professional standards and guidelines.
  • Clarify the survey methodology and address any inquiries from participants.
  • Foster a welcoming environment to encourage open dialogue and honest feedback.
  • Accurately document responses using provided technology.
  • Achieve daily objectives while upholding exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Access to a vehicle and comfort with travel; business car insurance is required.
  • Physical stamina to manage extensive walking.
  • A personable and approachable attitude.
  • Capability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A dependable, self-driven individual with effective time management skills.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 12 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
