Key Responsibilities:

As the Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will oversee the current partner channel that connects employers to the organization through benefits providers and HR consultants. Additionally, you will seek to develop new partnerships and nurture existing relationships that will enhance the company’s offerings and market visibility.

Your role will include:

  • Leading a dedicated Business Unit focused on transforming small sales channels into significant contributors to our lead generation initiatives.
  • Establishing and achieving growth forecasts for the channel.
  • Building a robust pipeline of new referral partnerships across various platforms, including benefits providers and HR consultancies, to boost product awareness among employers.
  • Developing new partnerships alongside the existing network to drive demand.
  • Forming a team to support channel growth, where you will also be responsible for coaching, managing, and evaluating team performance.
  • Creating and executing the Partnerships strategy based on your expertise and experience.
  • Positioning the company as a leader and preferred partner in our industry.
  • Representing the organization at business events to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnership sales.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits, HR technology, or salary sacrifice schemes.
  • A proven history of sourcing, securing, onboarding, and expanding partnerships that deliver value.
  • Experience in managing and sustaining partnership channels.
  • Experience in line management or sales leadership is advantageous but not mandatory.
