Job Title: Corporate Marketing Manager

At TCC Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing the performance of the TCC brand, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior leaders on brand positioning, target audience identification, and the development of marketing plans with clear objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Content Execution: Implement the TCC communications strategy through the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Campaign Conceptualisation: Design and execute multichannel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring messaging alignment across all channels.
  • Website Management: Oversee content creation and performance on the website via the CMS, working with the data team for analytics reporting and insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Research Collaboration: Partner with the Insights team to commission research projects and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to develop effective content strategies.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with internal and external design teams to develop creative briefs and guide the creative process for advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Content Management: Manage updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support as needed.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and presenting client-facing and event collateral.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a flair for creativity.
  • Experience in leveraging trends, insights, and product information for compelling marketing storytelling.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS, and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience in paid media and outbound strategy execution.
  • Willingness to travel.
