beBee Professionals is seeking a Corporate Finance Director to lead our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate finance and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
