Operational Support Assistant

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking care provider, who will support you to be the best you can be in your chosen field.
As our new Operational Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and general office support, including answering telephones, distributing information, and managing stock.
You will work closely with the Implementation and Innovation manager to learn about Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and take and process new referrals for clients.
Key responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, liaising with customers and third-party services, and assisting with promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.
You will also be responsible for managing stock, processing client data, and handling client information in a sensitive and confidential manner.

Qualifications and experience required:
- Deliver a service with empathy and care.
- Ability to manage own workload and work unsupervised.
- Ideally has driving license and use of a taxed and appropriately insured vehicle for business use.
