About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Pre-Owned Components Sales Specialist.
In this capacity, you will manage the sales of pre-owned components to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
This role necessitates exceptional sales abilities, product knowledge, and the capacity to cultivate strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Proactively promote and sell pre-owned components to current and potential clients.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.
Take charge of the sales process, from initial client contact to post-sales support.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, quotes, and invoices.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee prompt delivery of components to clients.
Stay informed about products, pricing, and market trends.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets.
Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives.
Provide insights and market intelligence to the management team to aid business development efforts.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To set you up for success, our client is looking for the following qualifications:
Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within a related industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
Technical knowledge of construction machinery or equipment is preferred.
Self-driven and motivated to meet targets.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
Desirable:
Familiarity with construction machinery and components.
Experience with CRM systems.
A valid driver's license.
