Position: Chef De Partie

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (4 shifts of 12 hours from 10 AM to 10 PM)

Compensation: £31,450 per annum

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role:
As a Chef De Partie, you will collaborate with Senior Chefs to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and profitably, utilizing high-quality ingredients to create delightful menus and visually appealing dishes. Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie at our client's esteemed establishment, you will undertake tasks as directed by a Senior Chef, applying your skills and knowledge to advance your career. You will maintain your kitchen station and equipment throughout your shift, demonstrating a commitment to progress and customer satisfaction through the dishes you prepare.

Specific duties include:

  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen area and equipment.
  • Storing deliveries promptly and in the correct locations.
  • Providing efficient service while ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Practicing portion control to minimize waste during food preparation.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding health and safety, food safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Building relationships with kitchen staff and those involved in customer service.
  • Completing any necessary training or qualifications as required by the company.
