Position: Chef De Partie

Working Hours: 48 Hours (4 X 12hr shifts from 10AM to 10PM)

Compensation: £31,450 per annum

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Overview of the Chef De Partie Role:
As a Chef De Partie, you will collaborate with Senior Chefs to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and profitably, utilizing high-quality ingredients to create delicious menus and beautifully presented dishes. Key Responsibilities of the Chef De Partie:
In this role, you will assist the Senior Chef with various tasks, applying your knowledge and skills to advance your culinary career. You will maintain your kitchen station and equipment throughout your shift, demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction through the dishes you prepare. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen area and equipment.
  • Properly storing deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Providing prompt service while ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Implementing portion control to minimize waste during food preparation.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding health and safety, food safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Building relationships with kitchen staff and those involved in service delivery.
  • Completing any necessary training or qualifications as required by the company.
