Compensation: £31,450 per annum

About the Role:
As a Chef De Partie, you will support Senior Chefs in managing a productive and profitable kitchen, utilizing high-quality ingredients to create delicious menus and present visually appealing dishes. Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie in this esteemed establishment, you will execute tasks and adhere to directives from a Senior Chef, applying your knowledge and skills to further your professional development. You will be accountable for maintaining your kitchen station and equipment during your shift while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction through the dishes you prepare.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping the kitchen area and equipment clean, ensuring your station and utensils are hygienic at all times.
  • Properly storing deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Providing prompt service while maintaining the quality and presentation of food.
  • Practicing portion control to minimize waste during food preparation.
  • Understanding and adhering to company policies regarding health and safety, food safety regulations, and legal requirements, while performing additional tasks as needed.
  • Building relationships with kitchen staff and those involved in delivering service to customers.
  • Completing any necessary training or qualifications mandated by the company.
