Job Summary:
Perrigo is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Technical Officer to join our team. As a key member of our packaging team, you will be responsible for managing the pack specification information, including all artworks, through our origination processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the 'Pack Tech' Artwork approval requirements within our Company Artwork System.
- Complete the 'Pack Tech' approval of PADs (Perrigo Assembly Documents).
- Accurately interpret Customer Enquiries and deliver solutions, including maintaining and reporting from our Customer Enquiry database.
- Initiate and follow through Packaging Development projects.
- Request tooling quotes, raise orders, confirm receipt of orders, and allocate invoices.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and Lotus Notes.
- Basic fundamentals of packaging and packaging machinery.
- Self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines (by prioritizing workloads).
- Understanding of product builds.
- Excellent communication skills.
