**Description Overview**:
In this role you will be responsible as the primary controller/approver of the pack specification information, including all artworks, through the various Perrigo origination processes.

You will also fully support the packaging submission to the Customer Enquiry process whilst supporting the department’s administrative needs.

**Scope of the Role**:

- Management of the “Pack Tech” artwork approval requirements within the Company Artwork System.
- Completion of the “Pack Tech” approval of PADs (Perrigo Assembly Documents).
- Accurate interpretation of Customer Enquiries and delivery of solutions - including maintaining and reporting from Customer Enquiry database.
- Initiating and following through Packaging Development projects.
- Requesting tooling quotes, raising orders, confirming receipt of orders and allocating invoices.

**Experience Required**:

- In depth knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Lotus Notes.
- Basic fundamentals of packaging and packaging machinery.
- Self motivated and focused on meeting deadlines (by prioritising workloads).
- Understanding of product builds.
- Excellent communication skills.
