**Scope of the Role**:
In this maternity cover position, you will be responsible for the administration of the site maintenance systems. This includes scheduling external contractor visits, processing maintenance orders, and technical purchasing by phone and online. You will be stepping into a role temporarily, ensuring continuity in operations and providing support to the team during the absence of our valued team member.
Additionally, you will be given the time to express yourself by defining and implementing improvement projects that make our processes run as smoothly as possible, ensuring that the site's maintenance operations continue to thrive during this period.

**Experience Required**:

- Must have great written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player able to work constructively with colleagues
- Experience with MS Office 365 suite is an advantage, however training can be provided
- Experience with SAP is an advantage, however training can be provided
- Able to use initiative and make logical decisions in a proactive manner
