We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a distinguished ultra-high-net-worth family. This role involves managing both personal and business-related tasks for four siblings residing in various international locations.
Key Details:
- Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Office with potential for remote work
- Compensation: £60k-£70k plus additional benefits
- Benefits: Includes private medical insurance and 25 days of annual leave
Core Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistance: Overseeing diary management, basic financial record-keeping, and general office administration.
- Personal Assistance: Handling reservations, managing household tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and running personal errands.
- Concierge Services: Planning holidays and sourcing unique items as required.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- A university degree is preferred.
