Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a distinguished ultra-high-net-worth family. This role involves managing both personal and business-related tasks for four siblings residing in various international locations.

Key Details:

  • Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Office with potential for remote work
  • Compensation: £60k-£70k plus additional benefits
  • Benefits: Includes private medical insurance and 25 days of annual leave

Core Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistance: Overseeing diary management, basic financial record-keeping, and general office administration.
  • Personal Assistance: Handling reservations, managing household tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and running personal errands.
  • Concierge Services: Planning holidays and sourcing unique items as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
