Water Project Management Specialist

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design and supply a range of water systems, from food and beverage applications to municipal water, microelectronics ultrapure water, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the program in compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
- Coordinate all aspects of an expansion project, bringing together project management, reporting to the senior leadership team, stakeholder management, weekly reporting, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage project management, reporting, stakeholder management, weekly reporting, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate between program workstreams, including fleet built, plant adaptations, commercial, finance.
- Support workstream leaders, monitor toll gates, and ensure the program is delivered on time, to time, quality, and cost.
- Supervise and coordinate third parties and suppliers, ensuring the supply chain and supporting services are in place and ready for service delivery by completion of program milestones.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Be responsible for the proper execution of the entire investment program, identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks and opportunities.
- Degree/background in an engineering or science environment.
- Project Management experience that includes expansion projects.
- Excellent IT tools, especially Google suite savvy.
- Strong experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Significant experience in the management of budgets and expenditure.
- Proven experience of working with and managing third parties and suppliers, including contracting and performance maintenance.
- Fluent English and French.
- Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Networking (internal and external).
- Ability to partner with and influence senior management.
