Job Description

Project Manager - Water Technologies

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a global leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design and supply a range of water systems, from food and beverage applications to municipal water, microelectronics ultrapure water, and heavy industrial wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the program in compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of an expansion project, bringing together project management, reporting, stakeholder management, weekly reporting, identifying, and mitigating risks.
  • Manage project teams, coordinate flows of information, and report on project progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, service centers, finance, HR, and sales teams.
  • Build working relationships with local authorities and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Degree or background in an engineering or science environment.
  • Project management experience, including expansion projects.
  • Excellent IT tools, especially Google suite savvy.
  • Strong experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Significant experience in managing budgets and expenditure.
  • Proven experience in working with and managing third parties and suppliers, including contracting and performance maintenance.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Networking (internal and external).
  • Ability to partner with and influence senior management.
