Job Title: Project Manager - Transfer Agency & Fund Distribution

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Meraki Talent Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects related to Transfer Agency and Fund Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a robust Project Management Office (PMO) for projects
  • Develop project plans with measurable goals and communicate plans/results to stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables are executed and issue regular project updates to key stakeholders
  • Look for opportunities to improve business processes and technology
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm to navigate the global business

Requirements:

  • Experience working directly within a Transfer Agency or Transfer Agency oversight capacity is highly desirable
  • Experience working as an end-to-end Project Manager within a Custody, Back/Middle Office Fund Services/Management or Transfer Agency capacity is essential
  • A solid understanding of back and middle office processes within a fund management house is essential
  • Ability to work in the Edinburgh office 4 days per week
